Colleen Yuhn
Operations Manager
Colleen graduated from University of Michigan, where she concentrated in French and ran track and cross country, and holds a certificate in the Culinary Arts from Boston University. She has worked as a caterer, chef and server at restaurants in Michigan, Illinois and Boston. A devotee of good fashion, she also spent time in retail, including Barney’s New York.
